In addition to the documentation regarding the regulations in the CC&Rs, there is a simple Homeowner Checklist that summarizes the rules and regulations for the exterior of your home.
There are also three scanned pages of architectural guidelines provided below for your convenience. These also contain rules regarding architectural changes to the exterior of your home.

If you need to request approval for changes you are making to the outside of your home you can download and print the needed form for requesting approval right here. It is provided as a pdf file so that you can print it, fill it out, and send it to the community association as indicated on the form.
